Product Refunds and Exchanges:
We offer a 7-day window for refunds and exchanges on products.
To be eligible, the product must be in new condition, sealed and suitable for resale. If the product is in new condition and doesn't affect our ability to sell it to another customer, we will gladly process a refund or exchange.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on used or opened products unless they are defective or damaged. 
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
